Return Policy
At Salt of Life Boutique, your satisfaction is very important to us and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you purchase an item from the Salt of Life Boutique website that you are not satisfied with, you can exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange the item for a product of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference in the product price. If you select an item of lesser value, the difference in product price will not be refunded. In order to exchange your original order, you will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the original product to Salt of Life Boutique. Contact must be made with Salt of Life Boutique within 7 days of receiving the order if you are wanting to make an exchange. The product being returned must be received by Salt of Life Boutique within 30 days of the original order date. Standard shipping charges will apply to have your exchanged item shipped from Salt of Life Boutique. Exchanges will be denied if the returned item is not in usable condition.

If a product is defective, it may only be replaced with the original item that was ordered, no substitutions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returned items must be sent to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and begun the exchange process.

Sale & Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned/exchanged, unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be returned. All sales are final with sale and clearance items.

Shipping
As stated above, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
